Parking info

2 hours free parking all around the space. Unmarked streets and a public lot is 3-4 minutes walk. 

Office rules

  1. Minimum age to make the booking is 13 years.
  2. Masks required except when in an office by yourself.
  3. Due to COVID-19 we have accepted double disinfecting policy. We do disenfecting cleaning once a day. You are required to clean wipe areas you touch once at the time of leaving. 
  4. No pets
  5. No parties or events unless prior arrangements are made
  6. Must climb stairs
  7. Some spaces are shared - maintain acceptable noise levels. 
  8. No smoking, vaping or pets or illegal drugs of any kind allowed on premises.

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancel 48 hours before the reservation and get full refund minus services fees.
  • Cancel between 48 hours and 24 hours prior to the reservation time and get a 50% refund. Service fee are not refundable.
  • No refunds for no shows and same day cancellations.
