Welcome to Monterey & Seaside's most affordable conference room listing for business meetings and product demos.  Located in Seaside Downtown just 7 minutes drive from Hellodesk's Monterey location, you can't go wrong with this meeting room. 

Capacity 6 people. Lots of eating options at walking distance.  Long term booking options available onsite. We launched this space in collaboration with City of Seaside.

Parking info

2 hours free parking all around the space. Unmarked streets and a public lot is 3-4 minutes walk. 

Office rules

Minimum age to make the booking is 13 years
No pets
No parties or events unless prior arrangements are made
No smoking.
No smoking, vaping, or pets or illegal drugs of any kind allowed on-premises.
We share the office with City of Seaside Economic Development wing. Please be considerate of people who are working. 

Cancellation Policy

Cancel 48 hours before the reservation and get full refund minus services fees.
Cancel between 48 hours and 36 hours prior to the reservation time and get a 50% refund. Service fee are not refundable.
No refunds for no shows and for the cancellations within 36 hours of the reservation.
