Welcome to Monterey's most affordable conference room for business meetings and product demos hosted by Hellodesk.  Located in the central part of Monterey, this space is close to all major restaurants and hotels, and you can't go wrong with it.

Ample two-hour free parking on the street and 3-6 minutes walk from day parking lots.  Capacity 6-8 people. Weekend booking is available by appointment.  Long term booking options available under monthly recurring memberships.

Office rules

Minimum age to make the booking is 13 years
No pets
No parties or events unless prior arrangements are made
No smoking.
Must climb stairs.
No smoking, vaping, or illegal drugs of any kind allowed on-premises.

Cancellation Policy

Cancel 48 hours before the reservation and get full refund minus services fee and credit card transaction fees.
Cancel between 48 hours and 36 hours prior to the reservation time and get a 50% refund minus the service fee and credit card transaction fees.
No refunds for no shows and for the cancellations within 36 hours of the reservation.
Our payment processor charges a 2.9% +$0.30 on credit card transactions, which is non-refundable on cancellations.
