Located in heart of PG Downtown, you can't go wrong with this meeting room.
 
Capacity 6 people.

NOTE: Note that our Pacific Grove office has moved to Suite 305 from earlier second floor. This unit is a single room office can be reserved as a meeting room, office, work-desk or a recording room.

Timings 6 am to 9 pm. If you are reserving an early, late or weekend time-slot, please call or text (831) 200-4286 after the booking is completed to make sure you have off hour access to the building.

Office rules

  1. Minimum age to make the booking is 13 years.
  2. Masks required except when in an office by yourself.
  3. Due to COVID-19 we have accepted double disinfecting policy. We do disinfecting cleaning once a day. You are required to clean wipe areas you touch once at the time of leaving. 
  4. No pets
  5. No parties or events unless prior arrangements are made
  6. Must climb stairs
  7. Some spaces are shared - maintain acceptable noise levels. 
  8. No smoking, vaping or illegal drugs of any kind allowed on premises.

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancel 48 hours before the reservation and get full refund minus services fee and credit card transaction fees.
    Cancel between 48 hours and 36 hours prior to the reservation time and get a 50% refund minus the service fee and credit card transaction fees.
    No refunds for no shows and for the cancellations within 36 hours of the reservation.
    Our payment processor charges a 2.9% +$0.30 on credit card transactions, which is non-refundable on cancellations.
