Office rules
- The minimum age to make the booking is 13 years.
- Due to COVID-19, we have accepted a double disinfecting policy. We do disinfect cleaning once a day.
- You are required to clean using a disinfecting wipe or available spray areas you touch once at the time of leaving.
- No pets
- No parties or events unless prior arrangements are made.
- Must climb stairs.
- Some spaces are shared - Maintain acceptable noise levels.
- No smoking, vaping, or illegal drugs of any kind allowed on-premises.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancel 48 hours before the reservation and get full refund minus services fees.
- Cancel between 48 hours and 24 hours prior to the reservation time and get a 50% refund. The service fee, if any, is not refundable.
- No refunds for no shows and for cancellations happening within 24 hours of the reservation.
