General guidelines for the rooms are to use headphone when on calls (not on speaker) and keep your voice to indoor voice.

This unit is a single room office and can be reserved as a meeting room, office, work-desk or a recording room. Office does not have windows for natural sunlight. Has high speed internet, bottled water, coffee machine and an air circulator.

Timings 9 am to 6 pm. If you need to show up early, or want to book this desk for the weekend, consider booking the hourly listing for the same room or call or text (831) 200-4286 to discuss this with the host and get some arrangements made.
Daily disinfecting cleaning guidelines observed (means you wipe your desk after usage). Photo on the profile actual office although the seating arrangements may be different when you arrive.

Office rules
- The minimum age to make the booking is 13 years.
- You are required to clean using a disinfecting wipe or available spray areas you touch once at the time of leaving.
- No pets
- No parties or events unless prior arrangements are made.
- Maintain acceptable noise levels. Others may be working in the office.
- No smoking, vaping, or illegal drugs of any kind allowed on-premises.
- Maintain professional environment. No foul language allowed.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancel 48 hours before the reservation and get full refund minus services fees.
- Cancel between 48 hours and 24 hours prior to the reservation time and get a 50% refund. The service fee, if any, is not refundable.
- No refunds for no shows and for cancellations happening within 24 hours of the reservation.
