 This booking gives you exclusive use of the entire 3-desk office, so you won’t be sharing with anyone else.

Parking info

2 hours free parking all around the space. 4 hours parking is 4-5 minutes walk. All day parking is available in daily lots from the city for a small fee. (5-6 minutes walk to several of them in  the direction of Monterey Conference Center).

Office rules

  • Minimum age to make the booking is 13 years.
  • Masks required except when in an office by yourself.
  • Due to COVID-19 we have accepted double disinfecting policy. We do disinfecting cleaning once a day. You are required to clean wipe areas you touch once at the time of leaving. 
  • No pets
  • No parties or events unless prior arrangements are made
  • Must climb stairs
  • Some spaces are shared - Maintain acceptable noise levels. 
  • No smoking, vaping or illegal drugs of any kind allowed on premises.


Cancellation Policy

  • Cancel 48 hours before the reservation and get full refund minus services fees.
  • Cancel between 48 hours and 24 hours prior to the reservation time and get a 50% refund. The service fee is not refundable.
  • No refunds for no shows and same-day cancellations.
