Parking info

Parking at The Ukiah Valley Conference Center:
-In between Oak St. and Clay St. there is a large parking lot with 60-80 spaces.
-Also in the above mentioned parking lot we have 5 Tesla/Electric vehicle charging spaces. 
-If parking on ANY street nearby please be mindful of the parking restrictions/guidelines. 

Office rules



  • Minimum age to make the booking is 18 years old.
  • No pets.
  • No parties or events unless prior arrangements are made.
  • No smoking.
  • No amplified music
  • No smoking, vaping, or illegal drugs of any kind allowed on-premises.

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancel 36 hours before the reservation and get full refund minus services fees.
  • Cancel between 48 hours and 36 hours prior to the reservation time and get a 50% refund. Service fee & transaction fees are not refundable.
  • No refunds for no shows and for the cancellations within 36 hours of the reservation.
