About

We are a large real estate office with multiple private offices and training rooms available for rent. Our office has a coffee station, kitchenette, lounge areas, clean restrooms, and high-speed internet. One of the private offices has a printer available for use. A regular staff is present every weekday and agents come and go throughout. This is a great opportunity to work in an environment with dedicated professionals that have a positive attitude and deep local knowledge.

Office rules

  • No smoking, vaping, or any other controlled/illegal substances of any kind
  • No pets
  • Be professional and courteous
  • No parties
  • Must be 18 years or older to book

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancel 36 hours before the reservation and get full refund minus services fees.
  • Cancel between 48 hours and 36 hours prior to the reservation time and get a 50% refund. Service fee & transaction fees are not refundable.
  • No refunds for no shows and for the cancellations within 36 hours of the reservation.
