Shared work-desk in Downtown Monterey. This listing is for desk 1 in the open area.  Break the monotonicity of working from home and boost your productivity by working from the heart of Monterey for a whole day. 

Double daily disinfecting cleaning and partitioned space, social distancing guideline followed. Air purifier used in inner areas. Masks are required for entry and in common areas, except when you are by yourself in a room.

Parking info

2 hours of free parking all around the space (weekend free 24 hours). 4 hours of parking is 4-5 minutes walk. All-day parking is available in daily lots from the city for a small fee. (5-6 minutes walk to several of them in the direction of Monterey Conference Center).

Office rules

  • Minimum age to make the booking is 13 years.
  • Masks required except when in an office by yourself.
  • Due to COVID-19 we have accepted double disinfecting policy. We do disenfecting cleaning once a day. You are required to clean wipe areas you touch once at the time of leaving. 
  • No pets
  • No parties or events unless prior arrangements are made
  • Must climb stairs
  • Some spaces are shared - Maintain acceptable noise levels. 
  • No smoking, vaping or pets or illegal drugs of any kind allowed on premises.


Cancellation Policy

  • Cancel 48 hours before the reservation and get full refund minus services fees.
  • Cancel between 48 hours and 24 hours prior to the reservation time and get a 50% refund. Service fee are not refundable.
  • No refunds for no shows and same day cancellations.
