Parking info

2 hours free parking all around the space. 4 hours parking is 4 minutes walk. All day parking is available in daily lots from the city for a small fee. (5-6 minutes walk to several of them in  the direction of Monterey Conference Center).

Office rules

Minimum age to make the booking is 13 years
No pets
No parties or events unless prior arrangements are made
No smoking.
Must climb stairs.
No smoking, vaping, or illegal drugs of any kind allowed on-premises.

Cancellation Policy

Cancel 48 hours before the reservation and get full refund minus services fee and credit card transaction fees.
Cancel between 48 hours and 36 hours prior to the reservation time and get a 50% refund minus the service fee and credit card transaction fees.
No refunds for no shows and for the cancellations within 36 hours of the reservation.
Our payment processor charges a 2.9% +$0.30 on credit card transactions, which is non-refundable on cancellations.
